Kawaii Kon’s family-friendly anime convention returns with cosplay, game and karaoke competitions, and character and celebrity appearances (Hawaii Convention Center, March 29-31). The Bishop Museum debuted its exhibit “Corned Beef & Kao” in time for St. Patrick’s Day. The whole gang can take surf lessons through Jamie O’Brien Surf Experience’s new School of Surf Waikiki partnership with Twin Fin hotel and Beach Candy board rentals.
